JOB PURPOSE:
The Warehouse Supervisor is responsible to plan manpower and schedule picking of raw materials for production or fulfilling customer orders, as well as ensure the smooth operations of the warehouse.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Is responsible for achieving high level of customer satisfaction through excellence in receiving, picking, packing and logistics operations.
- Organize and maintain inventory and storage area. Ensure physical inventory and system transaction accuracy.
- Lead warehouse operation team to meet daily planned activities
- Schedule manpower and shifts based on the warehouse workload
- Is responsible for mid-year/annual stocktaking preparations
- Operate and demonstrate proper use of warehouse Material Handling Equipment (MHE)
- Maintain inventory and warehouse assets
- Ensure all Health and Safety policies and procedures are adhered to support a safe working environment including safe operations of equipment
- Ensure routine maintenance and servicing are carried out for MHEs
- Ensure daily and monthly KPIs / shipment order targets are met
- Ensure compliance with Company’s operational, quality, regulatory, and HS&E (Health, Safety, Environment) requirements.
- Manage and maintain all controlled documents for the department
- Perform other duties as directed by Management
QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
- GCE O-Level or Diploma in Logistics / Warehouse Management or its equivalent
- 3 - 5 years relevant warehousing experience with at least 2 years in a supervisory role
- Computer literacy of intermediate level and above
- Ability to lead and manage a team in ensuring daily operational targets are met
- Experienced team leader with problem-solving and continual improvement knowledge and skillset
- Forklift license
- Ability to work overtime if needed

Contract length: 24 months
**Salary**: $2,600.00 - $3,300.00 per month
