Logistics Customer Service Senior Executive A growing European logistics service provider is seeking an experienced Customer Service Senior Executive.

Your new company Your new company has been a logistics market leader in providing strategic freight transportation arrangements and comprehensive logistics services to its extensive clientele across various industries.

They are growing rapidly to further expand their logistics facilities and services to better accommodate the growing business amidst establishing their brand in the Malaysian logistics market.

Your new role You will frontline the business by closely engaging with customers and fostering the business relationship by providing real-time updates on shipments and providing seamless customer experience.

You will also be responsible for coordinating all inbound and outbound shipments’ documentation whilst closely working with internal and external stakeholders to thoroughly align to meet your customers’ required shipment delivery dates.

What you'll need to succeed Must have customer service experience within the logistics service provider industry.

Extensive experience in preparing and reviewing import & export shipping / trading documentation for all types of commodities via ocean / air / land freight.

Work closely with customers, other departments (Sales, Logistics, Billing, IT, Branches and Operation).

Direct customer facing experience.

Proactive participation in system improvement and new project implementations.
