**Responsibilities**
- Understanding solar requirements and power systems according to specifications or customers queries
- Reviewing solar PV proposal, conducting initial analysis & desktop study for customers
- Designing integrated PV solutions, taking into consideration equipment and cable sizing calculation.
- Driving quality outcomes in design and project delivery
- Preparation of Scope of Works and Specifications for individual components for procurement.
- Verification & approval of drawings.
- Preparation of inspection and test procedures for FAT & SAT, conduct associated inspections and witness tests.
- On-site verification of installation & testing in accordance with design, procedures, Regulations, standards and codes.
**Qualifications and Experience**
- Ideally, we are looking for a qualified PV engineer who has design experience in solar PV, battery energy storage systems and system integration.
- Degree/Diploma in Electrical or PV (Photovoltaic) engineering preferred
- Have a solid understanding of Singapore and/or SE-Asia Solar PV design and installation standards for grid-connected solar and energy storage system
- General understating of the energy market.
