Key Responsibilities:
1. Issue Sales Order for Salesperson
2. Input data entry of service activity into system
3. Issue Project Tax Invoice
4. Assist in answering incoming calls
5. Support service department
6. Support to prepare quotation for machine and service (backup)
7. Reply enquiry from customers (Sales and Service) (backup)
8. Other admin duties as assigned by management
9. Willing to learn NAV system
Required skills:
Minimum 1 year of service or relevant experience, fresh graduate is welcome
Preferably bilingual in English & Mandarin (Need to handle mandarin speaking customers)
Proficient in MS Excel skills
Knowledge in Microsoft Dynamic NAV is an advantage
Good EQ and communication skill
Responsible and has a positive attitude towards multi-tasking
Available immediate/able to start work within short notice
Job Information:
Salary SGD2,000 - SGD2,300.00 (Exclude Overtime Pay)
