In performing your duties, you shall report directly to the Manager, or such other senior officer of the Company as may from time to time be notified to you.
- To serve as Sommelier and Recommend and serve the suitable wine or whisky at client’s outlet.
- Advice outlet guests about the best pairs of food with wine or whiskey
- Recommend and serve the suitable wine or whisky at client’s outlet.

- Work with outlet Chef and Manager on menu promotion and wine or whisky pairing selection.
- Provide the best customer service to the guests at outlet in order to maximize the dine-in experience.
- Ensure communication with Outlet Manager to identify wines and whiskies that need to be upsold in order to maintain sales level.
- Maintain par levels for wine & whisky stocks, supplies and equipment. Complete requisitions to replenish shortages or additional items needed for the anticipated business.
- Ensure all wines and whiskies orders are received correctly, properly stored/recorded and kept secured according to company policies and procedures.
- Ensure that the wine and whisky lists are updated, available and in good condition at all the times.
- Manage the wine and whisky stocks and inventory replenishment.
- Advice guests about different variety of wines, whiskies and prices.
- To Increase the Outlet’s rating in Customer Service, putting customers first, and achieving positive feelings about the branch by the general public.
- Ensuring Customer Service practices are well established and followed as well as maintaining excellence in customer service. Such other duties as the client may assign to you from time to time.
