Responsibilitie
- In charge of dealing with customer quality issues as well as ongoing product and process improvement activities at the company.
- Inform the process department about quality issues so that effective corrective/preventive actions can be implemented.
- Utilize various statistical tools and software to carry out activities such as process optimization, benchmarking, and so on.
- Conduct external body audits in accordance with the requirements of TS and ISO.
**Requirements**:
- Knowledge of statistical software such as DOE and JMP, as well as quality control tools (FMEA, SPC, and 8 D report writing) will be beneficial.
- Self-motivated, resourceful, action-oriented, and result-oriented team player; familiarity with IATF16949 requirements is a plus.
- Applications from recent graduates are encouraged.
