The person should be able to manage from tender stage to planning and execute the project at site based on the project schedule projected.

To ensure that the project cost is well managed and executed within the budget given.

To ensure that project are completed within the contract period.

To ensure all parties including sub contrcators are well managed and finish in time.

Ensure site safety are managed and enforce.

To handle all sites matter including complaints from site or any authorities.

To keep management update of the projects in a regular weekly basis.

Plan all materials and sub con trade ahead of project commence.
