Project Manager - HDB Projects Location: Singapore Industry: Construction / Building / Main Contractor Job Type: Full-Time / Permanent Salary: SGD 8,000 to 11,000/month (Depending on Experience) Contact: Babs Khanduja About the Role We are hiring a Project Manager with proven experience in HDB residential projects to join a reputable main contractor in Singapore. This is a key leadership role overseeing the full project lifecycle, ensuring timely delivery, cost control, and compliance with HDB and BCA standards. Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage HDB construction projects from start to completion.
Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, and internal teams.
Monitor project timelines, budgets, and manpower allocation.
Ensure compliance with HDB specifications, BCA regulations, and safety standards.
Resolve site issues and maintain strong communication with stakeholders.
Prepare project reports, schedules, and documentation for management. Requirements
Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
Minimum 8 years of construction experience in Singapore, with at least 5 years managing HDB projects.
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Familiar with local construction codes, HDB standards, and safety protocols.
Proficient in project management tools and MS Office.
