Key Responsibilities
1. Control and coordinate all internal department to meet contract requirement within cost and delivery time
2. Attend project kick-off, interface and other relevant project meetings with customers and other stakeholders
3. Communicates externally with customers on order status
4. Review and manages change requests and contract variations
5. Optimize supply of contract related documents (technical order description)
6. Manage customer factory acceptance tests
7. Track orders on hand and manage slow movers
**Requirements**:
- Technically competent in mechanical engineering, preferably diploma or degree
- At least 2-3 years experience in the Marine environment
- Good interaction skills across all levels
- Self-motivated and able to work independently
- Solid team player and strong leadership skills
- Knowledge on handling contractual term and conditions and provide effective communication for realising project results
