**Marketing Executive**
**Roles & Responsibilities**
The Marketing Executive will assist in a variety of communications and events aimed at promoting the business to a local and global audience. Collaborating with members of the Marketing team, this person will focus on consistent, clear, and effective communication with our investors.
**Responsibilities**
Reporting to the VP Operations, the Executive’s responsibilities will include:
- Maintaining a unified tone and content in all investor communications
- To develop wide-ranging winning marketing strategies; brainstorming marketing campaigns based on company direction and various activities to increase investors' engagement to company campaigns, webinars, etc.
- Support social media presence in the future
- Work with in-house designer on the development and production of collateral
- Engage in cross-departmental conversation to ensure accuracy of and consistency in communications
- Support in the execution of an annual calendar of team events and communication - note that these can sometimes fall on weeknights and weekends
- Provide on-going support to update the company website content, as well as proposing ways to optimise the site to generate leads and reduce bounce rate
- Ongoing analysis of current and future communications and marketing campaigns in order to inform future changes and developments using digital analytical reporting platforms (i.e. Google Analytics, CRM, etc.)
**Qualifications**:
- Minimum of 1-3 years of experience working in communications, event planning, and social media
- Possess analytical skills to review various marketing campaigns
- Meticulous, detail-oriented, and possess good command of the English language (writing and editing)
- Experience developing, implementing, and measuring communication plans to specific and diverse populations
- Ability to work collaboratively to ensure consistency within the internal teams
- Creativity in developing new platforms to promote the business
- Ability to work within a fast-paced team and adhere to necessary timelines and deadlines for events, communications, and special projects as assigned by management
- Comfort with working independently within a team environment
- Prior experience with Mailchimp is a plus
- Prior experience working on paid digital marketing advertisements and redirect marketing is a plus

**Salary**: $3,000.00 - $3,600.00 per month

**Education**:
- Local Polytechnic Diploma (preferred)
