**Responsibilities**:
- Conceptualize, design and drive recruitment marketing, employer branding and DEI strategies to attract talents
- Enhance Keppel employer brand and EVP
- Plan, track and execute strategies to manage recruitment media campaigns
- Create and implement strategies for building a talent network for early careerists and professionals
- Drive skills-based hiring across the group
- Leverage on technology for recruitment processes and data analysis
- Support groupwide sustainability initiatives in area relating to HR
JOB REQUIREMENTS
**Requirements**:
- In-depth knowledge of employer branding strategies and recruitment marketing
- Strong stakeholder management, influencing and communication skills
- Creative thinker and proactive problem solver
- Team player, results-driven and proactive
- Experience with Workday Recruiting module would be advantageous
- Qualified degree in Human resources, Marketing, PR or similar relevant field
- IHRP certification is advantageous
