**JOB DETAILS**:
Management Trainees will embark on a training programme in preparation for a role within the organisation. Throughout this period, the trainee will be trained and groomed to obtain maximum exposure to business development, Marketing and Client management knowledge, planning, decision making and responsibilities.
You will receive extensive exposure and in-depth knowledge of the Team's activities, and career advancement. To participate in a variety of job rotations project assignments, and networking sessions with coaching from seniors as part of the program.
**Job Requirements**:
- At least a Diploma or Degree in a Business-related field is preferred.
- Motivated and goal-driven individual.
- Keen in learning and a Team player.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Mandarin and English.
- Only Singaporeans.
