**Responsibiltiies**
- Liaise and communicate with 3rd party warehouse in Singapore and Malaysia to ensure that transportation activities, including storage of goods, managing information accrued from point of origin to delivery, orchestrating transportation movements, and arranging for services as necessary.
- Work closely with the local forwarding agents to ensure shipment arrives on time based on the correct incoterms.
- Coordinate deliveries for import shipments to requestor / designated location.
- Maintain SAP transaction for warehouse receiving and delivery.
- Handle warehouse management activities like onsite physical count, book to book count, discrepancy, purge notice, time sensitive materials, etc.
- Co-ordinate all scrapping and disposal activities.
- Support inspection/ replacement request for damaged materials.
- Monitor 3rd party warehouse and local forwarding agents’ performance KPI.
- Prepare and submit billing statement.
- Ensure that all the endorsed delivery orders are submit on time.
- Manage defective parts returns, ensure on time delivery and repair by local repair vendor.
- Prepare all shipping documents for DG defective parts returns.
**Requirements**:
- Diploma/ Degree holder in Logistics/ Supply Chain related field
- At least 2 to 3 years of experience, preferably from Semiconductor/ Electronics industry
- Working proficiency in SAP MM a must
