**Responsibilities**:
- Lead and Manage the HR Team and provide leadership, coaching and mentorship to team members.
- Manage all aspects of Employee relations including grievances, absence monitoring and disciplinaries
- Ensure adherence and compliance to local employment laws and regulations
- Manages annual performance appraisal and incentive programs
- Compile and present monthly HR related reports and analytics for Management review
- Review and verify staff and management payroll computation
- Work closely with the HR Shared Services Team to ensure that the business receives efficient and high-quality HR operational services
- Advise HR Shared Service Team, Line Managers and employees for all HR operational services including payroll processing, income tax matters, onboarding and offboarding of employees in compliance with Singapore employment laws and other regulations
- Initiate improvements to HR services, processes, systems and communications to enhance service excellence
- Assist all HR projects when needed
**Requirements**:
- Minimum Degree/Master in Human Resource Management, Business Administration or equivalent.
- Minimum 5-6 years of professional HR generalist experience
- Good knowledge on Employment Legislation
- Strong knowledge and understanding of employee benefits & HR practices
- Experience in Workday and working knowledge in Marine Industry will be advantageous
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications
