This opportunity is for students available for a full-time internship for 6 months only.
Reporting to the Talent Manager ASEAN, you’ll be responsible for leading organizations through assessment, design, transition, work process improvements or working directly with a function. You will be exposed to real projects with key deliverables, which adds value and impact to the organization.
**Projects to lead**:
- Automation of reports.
- Race & Ethnicity story - celebration of culture.
- Engagement.
**Requirements**:
- Recognised Degree in Business with majors in Human Resources, Organisational Development and / or Psychology, Analytics or Statistics and with a clear intent to establish a career in this field.
- Knowledgeable in reporting tools like Power BI.
- Microsoft Office literacy essential (strong excel skills in data compilation, pivot table and power point presentation, etc.)
- Organized, analytical, creative and action oriented.
