**Responsibilities**:
- Overall responsibility of Singapore Operations Team - customer service and warehouse operations.
- Develops a strategy that outlines the capacity planning requirements, including facilities, equipment, and staff, to meet the current and anticipated growth goals of the company.
- Oversee order administration function and support the sales to ensure on-time delivery with correct quantity and quality of shipment delivered to customer, every time.
- Coordinate with stakeholders and provide operational support for project deliveries.
- Maintains SOP on Receiving, Picking, Packing, Shipping and Cable Cutting and ensure conformance.
- Implementation of operational procedures and internal control adherence.
- Inventory accuracy through cycle count, cost/quantity adjustments, block audits and empty bin audits.
- Partner sales and supply chain services on pre-sales feasibility and cost analysis.
- Implementation of value-added logistics services (Ready Services) for our customers.
- Operations resource requirements planning to support Ready Services.
- Manage customer complaints, improve quality performance through root cause analysis, containment action and corrective actions (including CAR/PAR).
- Manage return authorization, vendor returns, defective products, spares and scrap.
- Maintenance of all activities related to ISO quality management system.
- Publish Service levels (receiving, shipping, cutting, RA etc), Productivity (Hub Statistics), Quality, Cycle counts etc. to drive performance improvements.
- Responsible for Singapore facility and related Health, Safety and Environment requirements.
- Support regional team on different aspects of customer service management, project deployment, commercial, financial and credit terms requirements.
- Support the regional team to coordinate with customers and suppliers on Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable functions, locally.
- Generate weekly/monthly reports as required and any other tasks that may be assigned.
**Requirements**:
- Degree with 6 - 8 years working experience in an MNC, trading or manufacturing concern. Preferable to be from the Telecommunication Industry.
- Good knowledge in Import/Export and Customs procedures and freight/transportation management.
- Hands-on and a self-starter with demonstrated maturity, possess initiative and have excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to build a strong cohesive team and provide leadership.
- Good organization skills and ability to work in a fast paced and demanding environment.
- Working knowledge of computerized operations systems and PC Skill (MS Office - Excel, Access, Word and Power Point).
- Proficient in English - written and spoken.
- Knowledge in dealing with 3 rd part logistics service providers would be an added advantage.
