As part of Technology Project Manager team of a large banking institution, you will be involved through entire project life cycles, from initiation all the way to implementation.
You will also be responsible for managing stakeholders, project scope, budgets, project risks, as well as involved in managing vendors
**Responsibilities**:
- Managing project initiation including cost-benefit analysis and project papers
- Managing RFQ, RFP for outsourced projects
- Using Agile to manage all activities of the projects
- Managing communications with stakeholders
- Preparing and tracking of project plans, resources, budgets, spent, etc
- Running Project Steering Comm
- Ensuring deliverables are tracked and manged accordingly
- Prepare management and status reports to various teams
- Coordinate project activities across multiple team including managing testing (SIT, UAT)
- Managing vendors deliverables and relationship
**Requirements**:
- Min 10 years of experience in managing large & complex projects
- Experience driving / managing projects preferably in financial services industry or vendors
- Experience working in Agile environment with latest tools
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management
- Prior experience in vendor management is a plus
- Experience in managing project schedules, budgets, etc.
- Self starter and good problem solver
