Finance Systems Lead

With plans to drive operational excellence, we are looking for a Finance Systems Lead to join and lead this project while managing finance responsibilities. You will be the crucial link, ensuring smooth operation, integration, and enhancement of systems to optimize all finance-related technology platforms, to support their core business processes, compliance, and reporting needs. about the job Reporting to the Financial Controller, this role will drive the technological foundation of our finance operations. You will serve as the principal liaison between IT and Finance, translating complex financial business needs into robust system solutions. Your scope will encompass the entire lifecycle of our finance systems, from leading their end-to-end management and developing a clear roadmap for future enhancements to overseeing their continuous optimization and integration with other enterprise platforms like CRM or HRIS. This includes spearheading finance-related IT projects, managing vendor relationships, and ensuring high standards of data integrity, security, and accuracy across all platforms to maintain audit readiness and compliance. Skills and experience required
Degree in Finance/Accounting, or related field with professional accreditation
Relevant years of experience managing IT systems, specifically with a concentration on financial platforms.
Functional knowledge of financial business processes (e.g., Accounts Payable, General Ledger, Financial Planning & Analysis).
Demonstrated history of successfully managing complex system implementations and upgrades with skills in project governance and execution.
A proven ability to analyze complex issues and deliver effective solutions.
The capacity to clearly articulate information to both highly technical teams and non-technical business partners.
The resilience to effectively prioritize and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
