**CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE**:
**Job responsibilities**:
- Process customer sales orders & follow up on any common discrepancies such as MOQ/SPQ /MOV Pricing
- Handle customer weekly rescheduling reports & follow up with customer’s enquiries.
- Close monitoring for expediting of parts to customers
- Co-ordinate for special shipping requests such as COO/COC/EUC/SOA/LC documentation
- Liaise with shipping teams for outgoing shipments to customers
- Assist in collection of aging AR with customers
- Liaise with Sales/Finance teams for Credit release of customers due to overdue AR or exceed credit limit.
- Follow up on the customer payments for down-payment or TTBS/COD customers
- Responsible for maintaining low inventory level by constant review of overdue sales backlogs and pushing customers to take in overdue backlogs
- Responsible for following up for Quarterly pricing change in SAP before shipment to avoid issuing Credit or Debit notes later
- Support to Finance department on the monthly bank audit documentation
- New customer Creation & Maintenance
- Participate in yearly stock-take exercise
- Ensure proper record filing and documentation
- Any ad-hoc admin task as assigned
**Requirements:
- Minimum GCE “O” level & above
- Preferably 1 year of relevant experience
- Diploma holder with no experience will also be considered
- Good communication skills and positive work attitude
- Familiar with MS Word and Excel
- Knowledge of SAP would be an added advantage
- Able to communicate in Mandarin as need to liaise with overseas Mandarin speaking customers
