**Job Description & Responsibilities**:
- Provide day-to-day HR operational and general administrative support
- Assist recruitment and selection process (e.g. posting the job advertisement, resume mining,
via online channels such as social media and professional networks such as agencies
- Manage all recruitment requirements within the indicated timelines, and meet the defined
hiring KPI and objectives
- Work in collaboration with the hiring managers to define the profiles and scope of
responsibilities for specific roles based on immediate organisation needs, as well as design and implement winning sourcing strategies to fill critical positions
- Accurately track and report on the recruitment, onboarding and confirmation process based on agreed metrics, using MS Excel
- Help to organise and manage new employee orientation, on-boarding, and training programs
- Assist recruiters in posting job ads on careers pages and processing received resumes
- General administrative support in a financial services agency (i.e. database update,
documents handling, letters distribution, liaising with customer service support)
- Providing overall administrative support to the organisation
- Finding ways to improve administrative processes to make them more efficient
- Perform administrative functions and other tasks assigned by leaders
**Requirements**:
- Minimum Diploma Holder and above with a qualification in Human Resource, Business or Psychology Field
- Knowledge of appropriate software such as MS Office, Outlook, Google Business Suite
- Good knowledge of the Singapore Employment Act and other relevant legislations
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment with constant changes
- Excellent interpersonal and communication Skills
- Problem-solving ability
- Ability to multi-task and work within tight deadlines
- Independent working attitude and responsive
- Good communication of written and oral communication in both English and Mandarin
**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent, Temporary
Contract length: 6 months
Part-time hours: 15 per week
**Salary**: $8.50 - $12.00 per hour
