**Job Summary**
- Single point of contact for all customer inquiries - underwriting, claims and general enquiries
- Assist producers and customers with renewals, quotations, endorsements or other underwriting functions within authority limits
- Resolving all in scope enquiries and appropriate escalation when required o Meeting Service levels and KPIs defined by the Company
- Attend to walk-in Agents/Customers
- Administrative work related to NCD verification
- Any other tasks assigned
**Role Requirements**
- **Diploma & above CGI qualification or equivalent is a must**:
- **Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience**:
- Experience in Insurance, Banking or Financial Services desirable
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to speak Mandarin with callers if required is a plus
- Strong problem solving and analytical skills
- Good team player as well as working independently with good initiative
- Knowledge of the Insurance Industry will be an added advantage
