Conduct initial patient assessments, including recording vital signs, medical history, and any symptoms reported. Provide patient education on medications, treatments, post-care instructions, and lifestyle changes. Clinical Procedures: Assist doctors during examination, preparing and sterilizing equipment. Ensure compliance with infection control policies, maintaining a clean and safe clinical environment. Administrative Duties: Manage patient records, schedule patient appointments, ensuring accurate documentation and confidentiality. Maintain inventory of medical supplies and reorder when necessary. Assist with billing, insurance claims, and payment processing, if required. Participate in regular training, case discussions, team meetings to stay updated on new treatments and products. Required Qualifications: Proven experience in nursing, preferably in a clinic or hospital setting. Diploma or Degree in Nursing from a recognized institution. Registered Nurse (RN) License issued by the Malaysian Nursing Board. Needs to be proficient in Chinese, Malay, and English.
