Location: East, nearby Braddell MRT (after probation work 3 days in office, 2 day WFH)
Salary: Up to $6,000 + Performance Bonus
Working Hours: Mon-Fri, 9:00am - 6:00pm Responsibilities Analyze business requirements and workflows to align ERP solutions.
Deploy new ERP systems, conduct user training, and prepare specifications, design documents, and test cases.
Identify opportunities for process innovation, validate via proof-of-concepts and pilots.
Handle data migration from legacy systems to Dynamics 365. Perform functional testing and support UAT to ensure solutions meet business needs.
Troubleshoot and support daily operations, customizing systems for new requirements.
Manage change requests and ensure proper solution implementation. Requirements Diploma/Degree in Computer Science or related field.
Experience in Dynamics BC implementation & support is essential. Knowledge of MS Power BI is an advantage. Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to draft professional reports and documentation.
