Perform the duties required as per the customer’s chosen car grooming / detailing package
- Handle all customers’ vehicles with care and uphold the quality of your service
- Be pro-active in upselling the car grooming / car detailing packages and meeting company’s objectives
- Be professional, presentable and proficient when handling customers and while conducting demonstrations (whenever necessary)
- Attend to customer's feedback and resolve complaints
- Handling sales proceeds in an accurate and honest manner
- Assist with materials inventory and orders
