We mainly support Japanese clients in their business activities and investments in South-East Asia countries as well as foreign clients in their business activities and investments in Japan. We are looking for a foreign lawyer who is highly motivated and able to work in our team as an associate. The responsibilities and requirements for our job are as follows: Responsibilities
Supporting foreign clients in their business activities and investments in Japan
Drafting and reviewing commercial contracts in connection with our foreign clients' business activities and investments in Japan;
Providing legal advice in connection with our foreign clients' business activities and investments in Japan;
Conducting legal research for Japanese law matters;
Supporting Japanese clients in their business activities and investments in South-East Asia countries; and
Liaising with our Japanese clients and local lawyers. Requirements:
Recognized degree in law;
Admitted to practice law;
Knowledge and experience in legal matters and business practices in Japan; and
