Job Responsibilities:
- Assist in overseeing the outlet to ensure operations are running smoothly & efficiently
- Ensure the outlet operates in compliance with the Company’s Standard Operating Procedures (SOP)
- Responsible for service standards; operational costs, and sales earnings
- To assist in On-The-Job Training for new & existing staff in compliance with the Company standards
- To assist in HR-related issues
- Any other ad-hoc task as and when assigned by the superior
