**Responsibilities**:
- To develop and manage new digital solutions/technical products that can provide enhancement of existing services
- To perform technology evaluation and technology assessment of digital solutions/technical products that will complement our service offering
- To define overall strategy and plan roadmaps to increase long-term competitiveness
- Work with Operations, developers and technology SI to implement new digital solutions/technical products to enhance our existing services
- Work with internal and external team on to meet tactical short term goals while maintaining a long term strategic direction
- Engaging internal/external stakeholder to update the progress of the of digital solutions/technical products development and services development
- Lead the Technology & Engineering team to ensure the digital solutions/technical products are full developed and deployed
- Lead core of digital solutions/technical products innovations from research, development to deployment and marketing, including conducting market research, technical solution research, writing detailed product documentation, collaborating with designers and engineers, etc.
**Requirements**:
- Degree in Computer Science, Electrical & Electronics, or equivalent
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in solution architecture/ product management
- Requires experience in business/service development and project management is added advantage
- Technology domain experience in networking, security, end user client technology, virtualization, cloud, service management, automation and service request platform
- Good organization skills and ability to communicate clearly with all stakeholders
- Able to work and meet tight deadlines set by Business Requirements
- Strong passion and interest for learning new Technologies, Tools, and other related areas in order to develop new digital solutions/technical products
