**Responsibilities**:
- Identify appropriate technical solutions and/or products and designs that will best prepare the company to meet present and future business objectives.
- Provide hands-on leadership to the design, development, and deployment of technical solutions.
- Provide expert technical guidance and coaching to development team members.
- Develop company-wide standards for development processes, system architecture, and implementation methodologies.
- Continuously discover, evaluate, and implement new technologies to maximize development efficiency.
- Grow the development team through the recruitment process including technical interviewing, onboarding, and training talented and passionate engineers.
**Skills and Qualifications**:
- **7+ years experience in web and mobile app development, with 2+ years experience in leadership.**:
- Experience in building large, complex solutions in environments like Healthcare, Government services.
- Good knowledge of non-functional requirements (e.g. Security, Performance, Scalability ). Be able to identify, treat, interpret and come up with conclusions about non-functional requirements of a project.
- Hands-on experience in common cloud platforms: AWS, Azure, GCP
- Good understanding of Containers, Saa S, and Paa S solutions.
- Proficient in at least one or two of the popular programming languages such as Go, Typescript, Python, Java, Kotlin, Swift, Dart,
- Solid knowledge in designing, developing serverless and microservices based systems.
- Good understanding of common architecture as well as design patterns and principles in software development.
- Experience in security best practices for both frontend and backend.
- Good knowledge of software testing and CI/CD pipelines.
- Experience in Agile/Scrum development environment.
- Good leadership and effective communication.
- Good sense of UI/UX components and customization.
- Well-organized, capable of performing multiple tasks, able to work under high pressure.
