**In three months**:
- Strong understanding of client business model
- Mastery of all relevant Search & e Commerce UI’s and platforms
- Build professional relationship with external vendors and lead performance driven strategies with clients within search and e Commerce channels
- A keen understanding on the various platforms and systems which power search and e Commerce media
- Work closely with Campaign Delivery Team & Client Leadership teams to optimize overall campaign performance
- Receive great feedback from co-workers and key client contacts as a result of strong communication both internally and externally
**In six months**:
- Driving cross-channel synergy - connect the power of Search & e Commerce
- Independently provide Search & e Commerce solutions towards ad-hoc requests from clients
- Flawless and timely Biddable media delivery that deliver against pre-determines KPIs
- Have the Senior Performance Manager role under control and become a trusted advisor to the client by properly justifying recommendations, strong timeline management and delivering outcomes
- Upskill Search & e Commerce specialists/executives and manage workloads
- Improved workflow efficiencies across the teams
- Be on top of all the betas and innovations in the digital space and be able to articulate and share with internal and external stakeholders and how it could be relevant and useful to them
**In 12 months**:
- Be comfortable in developing proposals and preparing Search & e Commerce media strategies in line with the overall campaign
- Be able to lead and provide strategic insights on Search & e Commerce matters
- Be confident in taking part in pitches whilst working together with the rest of the agency
- The proof of your success will be clients’ satisfaction and increasing business profit / commercial results
- Increase volumes for Paid Search & e Commerce
- Work closely with Campaign Delivery & Client Leadership team members to develop integrated proposals for existing clients
**Responsibilities of the role**:
- Expert in Search & e Commerce - responsible for planning & optimizing the effectiveness of Search & e Commerce Campaigns
- Outstanding ability to think creatively & troubleshoot problems
- Execute tests, collect & analyze data, identify trends & insights
- Gain knowledge & experience to support team lead in developing search & e Commerce strategy for existing business and pitches
- Keep pace with industry trends & developments - attempt to be first to market with innovative approaches
- Search & e Commerce Champion and the POC within the group
- Build close relationship with Vendors - Google, Bing, Lazada, Shopee, Zalora, Kenshoo, Adobe, Adgooroo, Squared, etc.
- Track, report, and analyze website analytics
- Working with SEO and Tech teams to support clients’ needs

- Mastery of Tier I engine UIs and capabilities, relevant SEM and e Commerce management platforms and strong knowledge of Tier II vendors and capabilities
- Maintain a deep understanding of client business goals and marketing objectives, translating them into digital objectives/strategies
- Must have effective communication, planning, organizational, and problem-solving and analytic skills
- Prepare and present strategic media recommendations to client and agency management, including objectives, strategy, rationale, and provide analysis and projections to support recommendations
- Design and implement or oversee implementation of single and multi-variant tests to increase campaign efficiency
- Supervise the implementation of all biddable media campaigns
- Keep abreast of current events, digital media trends and any target market industry trends that impact business
- Serve as expert in performance optimization
- Team Management and Leadership
- Keep media and agency partners updated and informed on status of all account projects
- Initiate appropriate cross-functional client meetings
- Lead in Client / Agency calls as the day-to-day product group representative from the team
