Must possess excellent communication skills (spoken and written) - be able to explain treatments and answer to inquries (Training will be provided).
Duties
1. Patient registration (Check in/out)
2. Handling patient's enquiries (Online and In-person)
3. Building and maintaining relationships with patients
4. Administration (patient's reports and submissions)
Shift working hours (2 weekday nights till 930pm and 1 weekend till 6pm) - One weekday and one weekend off - Closed on Public Holidays
44 hours per week
Prior experiences in customer-service related or dental field is preferred.
AWS + OT Pay (if any) + Performance Bonus + career progression in the company for suitable candidiates.
