**Responsibilities**
**Accounts Payable**
- Matching and processing of vendors’ invoices
- Making payment to Vendors
- Other expenses payment
- Perform other ad hoc assignments as and when assigned
**Accounts Receivable**
- Processing and generating of Sales Invoices, Debit Notes & Credit Notes
- Updating of receipts from customers
- Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned
- Reporting
**Requirements**:
- Min NITEC / LCCI in Accounting, or its equivalent
- At least 1 to 2 years’ experience in accounts payable/accounts receivables in Finance / Accounts department
- Good communication skills
- A team player with positive working attitude
- Ability to work within tight timelines
- Well-organized & meticulous with accuracy
- Good computer knowledge in Microsoft Office
**Working hours** : Monday to Friday (8:30 am to 6:00 pm)
