Local Diploma from polytechnic like NYP, RP, TP, SP /Degree
**Responsibilities**:
- As a Finance Accounts Receivable Executive, your main responsibility would be to liaise with clients and maintain accounts receivable records for the organization
- Clarifying and responding to external parties on billing related issues
- Generate Aging Report and Ratio related to Payment performance
- Compile and sort documents, prepare and post invoices and credit and debit memos
- Update Weekly Sales Reports
- Provide payments information for other departments
**Requirements**:
- Prior accounting work experience will be a plus
- SAP Business One knowledge is an advantage
- Able to start immediately
- Strong analytical skill and ability to communicate effectively
